Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only under the following conditions:

• You have received an incorrect product.
• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

To minimize discrepancies, most of our products available for direct sale are free of conventional sizing, reducing the likelihood of returns due to fit issues. If you have any doubts before making a purchase, we highly recommend reaching out to our client services team for assistance.

Special Consideration for Exchanges

Despite the above conditions, if you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase, we offer an exchange within seven (7) days of delivery.

• The exchanged product will undergo a quality check (QC).
• If approved, we will issue a credit note for future purchases.

Return Process

If your request meets the return criteria stated above, please follow these steps:

2. Provide the following details:
   • Order Number
   • Reason for return
   • In case of a defective or incorrect product, attach an image of the received item.
3. Await written confirmation from our team before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Process

• Once the return is approved and processed, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
• Refunds will not be issued for orders with incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package by the recipient.
